This module allows you to create invoices for advance payments. This can be done automatically if, for example, you receive a reservation from your web page where someone has pay advance deposit. It can also generate advance invoices if you receive bank transfer (myRent can collect all bank payments and create advance invoices based on the payments).
Final invoices are the most common invoices that agencies, hotels or private owners are issuing for their guests. All myRent invoices can be fully customized based on each user’s needs. Our users can customize each detail on the invoices such as: add extra notes, change the full layout, add some graphical details etc.
With MyRent you can easily create invoices for your provision. MyRent will handle all relevant details such as the final cost of the reservation, percentage of your provision for this user or this apartment and based on this detail myRent will automatically create an invoice for provision. This is a special model that probably only Croatia has 😊. Agencies can work and sell apartments in the name of the Owner. That means that they need to simulate that Owner is selling although the agency is the one that has contact with a guest and agency is the who really sales. Anyway, yes, it’s strange and difficult but never the less, MyRent has implemented that type of business process.
